Who is Jesus anyway?

Everyone one of us has an answer to that question whether we know Jesus or not.  To some Jesus is just another curse word.  To others he is our Savior and Lord.  But one thing is for sure, you cannot be neutral in your answer of who Jesus is to you.

Josh McDowell said in his book, More than a Carpenter, that Jesus is either Lord, a liar or a lunatic.  Jesus asked his followers that question and the answer is recorded in Matthew chapter 16 in the Bible.  Peter responded, “You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God.”

What is your answer?  Who is Jesus to you?  And why do you answer that way?

The familiar Bible verse John 3:16 that shows up on signs in the background at most sporting events says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

To me Jesus is my Lord and Savior.

Again I ask who is Jesus to you?  Your answer is by far the most important answer to a question that you can give in your entire lifetime.  Maybe you are not sure yet.  No worries.  The journey is long and it is exciting.

I hope that this blog site becomes a place where we can openly discuss without fear of ridicule and judgement who Jesus is to each of us.  I hope you come on that journey with me.
